FOOD education in Cambodia

Prof. Satoko Okabe of Koriyama Women's University visited Cambodia to work with Eri Kai of FIDR (https://www.fidr.or.jp/) in Srei Santhor District of Kampong Cham Province. In 2025, Health education will be implemented in all primary and secondary schools in Cambodia. We shared food education materials with 18 teachers from 2 primary schools and 2 secondary & high schools on February 26, 2024. The Waste Management Quartet, an educational card game, was tested among students. Cambodian high school students collaborated with students from Koriyama Women's University to create the card game.
